At A-1 Estate Sales, we’ve proudly served St. George and Southern Utah for over 17 years. As a locally owned family business, we understand that liquidating an estate can feel overwhelming, and our goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

We handle every detail—from organizing, preparing, pricing, and conducting your on-site estate sale to taking care of what remains afterward. Unsold items can be returned to you, donated to the charities of your choice, or removed according to your wishes. When we’re finished, the home is left broom-swept and realtor-ready.
